Southborough police log, Nov. 23 edition

Friday, Nov. 9

8:16 a.m.  A requested well-being check was conducted on a resident of Ted Lane.

9:14 a.m. A Marlborough resident was issued a Criminal Application for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

9:30 a.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Woodbury Road. No injuries were reported from the scene of the accident.

1:31 p.m. Officers investigated a report of a suspicious motor vehicle parked on Constitution Drive. The vehicle and the male party inside, both checked out ok.

5:52 p.m. Officers investigated a two car, motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Road. No injuries were reported at the scene of the accident.

9:26 p.m. Arrested, Jacqueline Eliadis of Cherry Street, Southborough, for domestic assault & battery.

Saturday, Nov. 10

1:32 a.m. A resident of Holliston was issued a Criminal Application for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

2:06 a.m. Arrested, Freitas Borges of Elm Street, Marlborough, for OUI-alcohol, operating a motor vehicle without being licensed, marked lanes violations.

12:03 p.m. Officers investigated a parking complaint on Marlboro Road.

5:48 p.m. Officers investigated a reported burglary at a residence on Johnson Road. Several items were taken, and there were signs of a forced entry to the residence. The Detective Unit is currently investigating the incident. If you have any information in regards to this burglary, please contact Det. McCarthy at 508-485-2121.

8:13 p.m. Westborough Police requested Southborough Police check for a missing person at a Turnpike Road business. The officers on scene reported negative findings, and Westborough Police was notified.

10:03 p.m. A Framingham resident was issued a Criminal Application for operating a motor vehicle without being licensed.

Sunday, Nov. 11

7:01 a.m. Officers investigated a burglar alarm at a Wyndemere Drive residence.

10:22 a.m. A medical was reported at a River Street business.

11:55 a.m. Officers responded to Asaree Drive for a report of a neighbor dispute. Officers on scene were able to mediate the situation.

3:01 p.m. Officers responded to a Sears Road residence to assist with a neighbor dispute. The officer was able to mediate the situation.

5:22 p.m. A Breakneck Hill resident reported two females had just left the residence after requesting money from the homeowner. A search of the area resulted in negative findings.

5:47 p.m. Officers conducted a requested well-being check on a resident of Middle Road.

The information from the police log is obtained directly from the official records maintained at each police station in our circulation area. It contains arrests and samplings of police activity. Those arrested are innocent until proven guilty. The Community Advocate will publish news of acquittals upon notification and a copy of court-issued documentation.
