“A Fictional Event” and holiday concert Dec. 8 at Northborough Free Library

Northborough – A free holiday concert and a book sale will occur Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Northborough Free Library.? The concert begins at 11:30 a.m. and the book sale runs from noon to 4 p.m.? Both events will be held in the Community Meeting Room.

The free holiday concert will be presented by the Assabet Valley Chambersingers under the direction of Dr. Robert Eaton.? The Assabet Valley Chambersingers will perform traditional holiday music in a concert lasting approximately half an hour.

At noon, A Fictional Event will open and will run from 12 to 4 p.m. The book sale will feature mostly hardcover fiction for adults and teens, but there will also be a small selection of children's books and non-fiction books. The book sale is sponsored by the Friends of the Northborough Library.
