Joseph Serio III
Marlborough/Waltham – Joseph “Big Joe” Serio III, 34, of Marlborough, formerly of Waltham, died unexpectedly Wednesday evening, Nov. 28, 2012 at his home.
He is survived by his wife of four years, Sarah (Jackson) Serio of Marlborough; parents Joseph Jr. and Jane (Scanlan) Serio of Deerfield, N.H.; paternal grandparents Joseph and Wanda Serio of Venice Fla.; uncle Paul Scanlan of Duluth, Mn., aunt Sheila Lindenbaum of London, U.K.; mother- and father-in-law Jerome and Diane Jackson of Arlington; brother-in-law Nathaniel Jackson of Manchester, N.H.; and sister-in-law Deborah Jackson of Baltimore, Md., as well as many friends and relatives.
Visiting hours will be held Friday, Dec. 7, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the William R. Short and Son Funeral Home (www.shortfuneral.com), 95 West Main St., Marlborough.
