Northborough celebrates the season

Northborough- Northborough celebrated the holiday season on Saturday, Dec. 8 with a free performance of traditional carols, madrigals, and jazz by the Assabet Valley Chambersingers and a book sale sponsored by the Friends of the Northborough Library. The festive day was capped off by the annual tree lighting and caroling in the center of town, sponsored by the Northborough Community Affairs Committee. The event was in honor of Neil Ellsworth, who lost his life in Vietnam in 1967.
