Local dancers to perform in “The Nutcracker” this Sat., Dec. 15

Worcester – The Boston Dance Company's acclaimed production of “The Nutcracker” returns to the beautiful Sullivan Auditorium at Worcester State University on Saturday, Dec. 15 at 7:00 p.m. – for one performance only!

This year marks the 20th anniversary of Boston Dance Company's annual Nutcracker production.? It is a performance the entire family will enjoy and remember – full of magic, a growing Christmas tree, a sword-fight, snowing onstage, and spectacular dancing.? The large cast includes approximately 20 professional dancers, 10 company apprentices, and more than 70 local children.

From Westborough: Liela Ahmed, Isabella Binici, Hailey Cerniglia, Katie DeCoursey, Nikki Farmer, Grace Green, Alexander Honan, Benjamin Honan, Rachel Martin, Anjali McNeil, Allison Milne, Emma Pelser, Kathryn Pelser, Emma Phelps, Shannon Rawson and Shreya Vaidyanathan.

From Shrewsbury: Abby Blessington, Emma Brady, Katie DeLeon, Rose Desio, Megan German, Lila Goldberg, Alison Lyons, Emma Purple, Hannigan Scesny, Keegan Scesny, Olivia Sevinsky, Anna Sposato, Mia Sposato, Emma Stearns, and Meaghan Stearns.

From Northborough:? Nina Carlsen, Keri Devine, Emma Perry, and Anna Silver.

From Marlborough:? Shayna Fine, Emma O’Connell, and Jacob Stevens
