Scouts hold coat drive

Shrewsbury – Den 10 Webelos I recently completed a community coat drive to benefit Shrewsbury Youth and Family Services (SYFS). Over 100 winter coats, 25 winter hats and 20 pairs of gloves were donated to SYFS Dec. 7. The winter clothing was solicited from?neighborhood donation boxes as well as donation boxes at Floral Street and Coolidge schools. Parent volunteers and Scouts including Claire O”Neill, Nikki Halal, Juliette Krovi, and Rob Messick (Den 10 leader), Loren Stillman, Matthew Messick, Michael Kubit, Connor Berube and Harlan McNeil (not pictured) took part in the effort.
