Westborough family donates bench in memory of young son

A letter of appreciation

On behalf of the Nute family, I would like to thank all those who contributed to the memorial of my brother Josh Nute. My ten year old brother Josh passed away while battling cancer on November 6, 2011.

A granite bench was constructed in memory of Josh and was placed at Veteran’s Freedom Park in Westborough.  The bench is located down by the water along the cross country course.

I would like to especially thank the following families for their generosity, kindness and support for creating the memorial:  the Egans, the Taylors, the Webbs, and the Casparriellos. The memorial is a tribute to Josh’s love for the outdoors. He was a typical boy who was always active. He especially enjoyed swimming and playing baseball.

This memorial has brought my family much comfort; I would like to invite people to also spend time.

Sincerely,

Jeremy Nute
