Lucille Flanders, 74

Shrewsbury - Lucille (Ballou) Flanders, 74, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester.

She leaves her daughter, Cindy Flanders of Worcester; her son, Dale Flanders; one grandson, Adam Flanders-Thomas; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Joann McPherson of Worcester and Shirley Coffee of KY; one brother, Ricky Ballou of KY; and many nieces and nephews.

Prior to living many years in Shrewsbury, Lucille lived over 20 years in Northborough. She worked at the Grille and Nu Way Co. in Northborough.

She enjoyed sewing and crafts.

A calling hour will be held Friday, Jan. 4, from 10 to 11 a.m., in Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Northborough. There will be a funeral service for Lucille following the calling hour at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Howard Street Cemetery.
