Library presents Latin American Festival

Shrewsbury – Jose Castillo, a music professor at Quinsigamond Community College, performs a Puerto Rican folk song at the Latin American Music & Dance Festival, presented Jan. 12 by the Multicultural Advisory Team at the Shrewsbury Public Library. Also performing were vocalist Randy Elliot and dancers from Salsa Storm.
