Worcester Writers Collaborative to host book drive in Westborough

Westborough – The Worcester Writers Collaborative will be hosting the Warm Hearts Children’s Book Drive at the Westborough Public Library Feb. 10 from 1:30 to 4 p.m.

The public is asked to consider donating two gently used books to swap for one of their choice. Organizers hope to collect 500 donations, which will then be distributed to two organizations: Our Little Brothers and Sisters Orphanage (OLBS) in Haiti and Cradles to Crayons.

The group is also requesting new coloring books, crayons, board books and stickers for OLBS.

Light refreshments will be provided. There will also be a raffle to win tickets to a Worcester Sharks hockey game.
