Algonquin defeats Leominster in boys” basketball

Northborough – Algonquin Regional High School (ARHS) hosted Leominster High School for a Midland A league boys’ basketball?match up?Feb. 7 in Northborough. ?

Algonquin was 8-1 while LHS was 1-8 going into the game but LHS played hard and the first half ended with ARHS up only 32-28. In the second half, LHS continued to press and came within three points of tying but the Tomahawks pulled it out to win 52-46.
