Westborough man arrested for breaking and entering in Northborough

Northborough – The Northborough Police Department released this statement Feb. 16:

On 2/16/13 at 01:05 hr. officers responded to 44 Fisher St. in response to a residential burglar alarm. Upon arrival Ofc. Trefry located Adam Boyce inside the residence. He was immediately place under arrest. Boyce gained entry to the residence after kicking in a side entry door. Boyce was later bailed to appear in Westborough District Court.

Boyce, 29, 17 Westend Ave., Westborough, was charged with breaking and entering in the night with the intent to commit a felony and wanton destruction of property over $250.

  1. Congratulations to Officer Trefry. Thank you for catching the no-good-nik. More importantly, I’m glad you are safe. This town has the best Officers led by Chief Leahy. Chief Leahy is a quiet man in the background. I would not know him if I walked by him. However, when I walk by a member of his team, I know who they are. Great job said by an old maid Northborough resident since 1958.
