David Saul Rubenstein, 58

Westborough – David Saul Rubenstein, 58, of Westborough, died Friday, March 8, 2013, after living with symptoms and complications, associated with systemic scleroderma, and interstitial lung disease, since 2004.

David is survived by his wife and best friend, Robbi Rubenstein, of 32 years, and was a devoted father to their son, Jayme Rubenstein, and daughter, Emily Rubenstein.

David’s physical remains have been donated to the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Anatomical Gift Program.

Much of David’s medical guidance and treatment has been provided by the skillfully talented and caring staffs of UMass Memorial and University Hospitals.
