Church to host “Bicycle Recycle Day” for Ghana

bicycle tiresSouthborough – St. Anne Church, 20 Boston Post Rd. , Southborough, will hold a “Bicycle Recycle Day” Saturday, April 20, from 9 a.m. to noon. Residents of all area towns are welcome to drop off unwanted bicycles at the church.

Many of the bikes will go to Ghana to be used for transportation. Bicycles will also be donated to the Baptist Church in Worcester to be given to kids in that area. In addition, unwanted sewing machines can be dropped off at no cost. The sewing machines will then be sent to Ghana.
