12:11 a.m. Arrested, Richard Torres, 28, of 86 Taralli Terr., Apt. A, Framingham, for marked lanes violation, failing to signal, speeding, speeding in violation of special regulation, negligent operation of MV, OUI-liquor, drinking alcohol from open container in MV.
