Locals earn title of United States Marine

American FlagRegion – Two local men recently earned the title of United States Marine after graduating from recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, S.C.

Marine Corps Pvt. Jared D. Dodge is the son of Jo-Ann and Douglas M. Dodge of Marlborough. He is a 2009 graduate of Marlborough High School.

Marine Corps Pvt. Andrew M. Lenox is the brother of Meghan M. Bodwell of Shrewsbury. He is a 2012 graduate of Nashoba Regional High School, Bolton.
