Westborough car accident claims life of N. Grafton man

W police carWestborough – Police Chief Alan Gordon released this statement earlier today:

The Westborough Police Department responded to the intersection of Otis St. at Fisher St. at 9:05 PM Saturday night for a one car motor vehicle accident. The arriving units located a 1999 Mercury Sable with a 73 year old male in the passenger seat, unconscious and unresponsive. He was identified as Moman Alchokhachy of 129 Old Westboro Rd. N. Grafton. He was treated at the scene by Para-Medics from the Westborough Fire Dept. and transported to U. Mass Medical where efforts to revive him were unsuccessful.

The accident is being investigated by Off. Clifford Luce. The initial investigation revealed that the vehicle was traveling south on Otis St. and failed to stop at the intersection of Fisher St. The vehicle traveled across Fisher St. and struck a tree.
