Marlborough-The 2013 SJL Memorial Scholarship Fund Motorcycle Ride, in memory of Shawna Jean Larassa, will be held Saturday, August 10, beginning at the Moose Lodge, 67 Fitchburg St.
Registration opens at 9:30 a.m. with the ride starting promptly at 11 a.m. The cost is $20 per rider, $10 per passenger, and $10 for walk-ins and includes music and dinner starting at 1 p.m. Music will be performed by Road Dawgs and DJ Wayne. Food is provided by Westender Catering. The event will be held rain or shine.
The event will also include raffle drawings and vendor displays. Raffle tickets for a 1986 Ford Mustang convertible will be sold, with the drawing to be held at a later date.
