Recycling day for electronics, applicances, bicycles

HudsonTownHall4Hudson – An Electronics and Appliance Recycle Day will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, June 15 at the Saint Michael Parish parking lot, 198 Main St.

The following items will be accepted: electronics such as computers, scanners, copiers, DVD players, and stereos ($5); appliances, such as dishwashers, dryers, stoves, air conditioners, refrigerators and dehumidifiers ($10); small engine items, equipment, lawn mowers, metal items ($10); TVs ($10-25); and monitors ($10). Household batteries, car batteries and cell phones will be accepted free.

There also will be a Bicycle Recycle Day. Many bicycles will go to Ghana. Some will go to the Baptist Church in Worcester.
