Obit Flag_USE THIS ONEHudson – Norman Wayne Richards, 67, of Hudson, formerly of Stow, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Marlborough Hills Healthcare Center.

He is survived by his two sons, Andrew Richards and his wife Jill of Leominster and Gregg Richards of Hudson; his sister, Joanne LaChance and her husband Raymond of Boylston; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Norman was born in Waltham, son of the late Norman T. Richards and Gladys (LaRose) Richard who died in May 2013. He was raised in Stow, where he attended local schools and was a Vietnam War Veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy. He has resided in Hudson the past 15 years and also spent many years as a resident of Florida.

He was employed as a limousine driver most recently by All Season's Limousines of Boxborough.

Norman enjoyed music and always looked forward to playing his guitar in his spare time.

A private funeral service and celebration of Norman's life attended by family members was held at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home of Hudson, followed by burial with military honors in Brookside Cemetery of Stow.
