Dudley man charged with stealing laptops from Peaslee School

Northborough – The Northborough Police Department released this statement Sept. 6:

Police 2?On 8/26/13, Northborough Police responded to the Peaslee Elementary School for the report of a larceny. It was reported by the staff that fourteen brand new laptops had been stolen from the school's computer lab. The laptops had recently been delivered to the school and were still in the original boxes.

After an investigation by detectives twelve out of the fourteen laptops were recovered. As a result of this investigation Northborough Police along with the Dudley Police Department arrested a Brian M. Walsh (dob 01/18/89) out of Dudley, MA. Mr. Walsh was arrested at his home in Dudley.

Mr. Walsh will be arraigned tomorrow in Westborough District Court on the following charges:

Larceny over $250

Larceny from a building
