Shrewsbury – The undefeated Shrewsbury High School Colonials field hockey team hosted their arch-rival Algonquin Regional High School Tomahawks Oct 11. The first half was scoreless as the two teams played evenly.  In the second half, the Tomahawks appeared to score but the goal was called back.  Shortly after that, the Colonials’ Alanna Maniatis scored the eventual game winner and that was how it ended, 1-0.
