Fun is in the treat bags

So EDITED WEB fun treat bags rsSouthborough – Laurel Congdon, 5, dressed as a witch, and her brother, Carter, 3, as Spiderman, decorate treat bags while attending the annual Halloween Party, held Oct. 25 as a fundraiser for Southborough Youth and Family Services at the Mary Finn Elementary School cafeteria. Children under age 12 and their families enjoyed an evening of games, crafts, fortune telling, face painting and refreshments.
