Letter to the Editor: Thank you from Westborough Education Foundation

To the Editor:

Are you smarter than your Selectmen?? The Westborough Education Foundation held its annual Trivia Bee on Nov. 4; and the Selectmen (Ian Johnson, George Barrette, and Tim Dodd), who played on a team sponsored by Ball Financial, hold bragging rights as the 2013 Trivia Bee Champions.

The big winners are Westborough school children.? With the generous support of the Westborough-area community, more than $15,000 was raised.? The WEF grants support academic programs at all six Westborough schools, to help teachers and administrators with programs not covered by the regular school budget.

The Westborough Education Foundation would like to thank Bee co-chairs Maureen Johnson and Sue Baillargeon; Town Moderator, Joe Harrington who posed questions; Tim Koehler who created the questions; our judges:?
