Rick Hoyt to promote new book at Tatnuck Bookseller

Rick HoytWestborough – Rick Hoyt will be at Tatnuck Bookseller Saturday, Dec. 21 from 3:30-5:30 p.m. to promote his new book, “One Letter at a Time.” Joining Rick will be the book’s co-author Todd Civin.

Fans around the world know Rick and his father, Dick as the incredible marathon and triathlon duo, Team Hoyt, who have participated in over 1100 athletic competitions including 30 Boston Marathons. While that would be inspiring enough, what makes their story truly amazing is that Dick has pushed, pulled and carried Rick, who is a non-verbal spastic quadriplegic with cerebral palsy, in each event.

In  “One Letter at a Time” Rick tells in his own words, thoughts and recollections, how this journey has impacted not only his life, but indeed also millions of other disabled people around the globe.

The book also includes the stories of 12 authors who share their stories of how Rick has inspired them.

Tatnuck Bookseller is located at the Westborough Shopping Center, Route 9 and Lyman Street.
