VNA Care Network & Hospice offers free Keep Well Clinics
Region – Meet one-on-one with a wellness nurse at VNA Care Network & Hospice's free Keep Well Clinics for seniors. A nurse from the nonprofit home health, hospice and wellness agency will check blood pressure and answer questions about a variety of health concerns. Blood sugar, weight monitoring and other health checks are also available at most locations. Clinics are open to residents age 60 and older, unless otherwise noted.

* Hudson Senior Center, 29 Church St., 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., second Thursday of the month. Upcoming clinics: June 12 and July 10.
* Peter's Grove, 11 Lake St., noon to 1:30 p.m., second Thursday of the month. Upcoming clinics: June 12 and July 10.

Marlborough

* Colonial Apartments, 26 Village Drive, 1 to 2 p.m., second Tuesday of the month. Upcoming clinics: June 10 and July 8. Blood pressure and education only.
* Northborough Senior Center, 119 Bearfoot Road, 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., third Tuesday of the month. Upcoming clinics: June 17 and July 15.
