Marlborough – Once again, the Assabet Valley Regional Technical High School (AVRTHS) Culinary Arts Department will begin offering a monthly breakfast buffet on the first Wednesday of each month at a cost of $6.50 per person, which includes a beverage. The buffet will include a Belgian waffle station, an omelet station, and a variety of other hot breakfast items, as well as delectable pastries and fresh fruit.
The breakfast buffet will be offered from 9 – 11 a.m. and then the restaurant will turn over to the regular lunch menu from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.? The dates for the breakfast buffet are Feb. 5, March 5, April 2, May 7, and June 4, the first Wednesday of each month through the rest of the school year.
