Lottery to be held in Northborough for affordable housing units

Northborough – The Northborough Affordable Housing Corporation, a nonprofit dedicated to creating affordable housing, has developed and built a four-unit rental project located at One Centre Drive for seniors 60 year of age or older.? An Open House will be held at the property Thursday, March 13, from 3 to 5 p.m.

All units will be distributed by lottery to eligible tenants.? Each unit includes one bedroom and one bathroom from 615 – 670 gross square feet. ?One unit is handicap accessible.? The rent is $850 per month and includes all utilities.? The units will be available for occupancy in May.
