Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. – Karen S. Dyer, 61, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, died peacefully Wednesday, March 19, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her parents Ralph and Florence Dyer of Southborough.
Karen is survived by her sisters, Loretta Varney, Nancy Dyer, and Kathy Dyer; her nieces, Terri Reimann and Tammi Rice; her nephew, Jacob Dyer-Spiegel; and many very special friends.
She was a 1970 graduate of Algonquin Regional High School, and lived and worked in Ft. Lauderdale for many years where she became a true Floridian on land and sea.
Karen's warm smile and gentle personality brought such joy and happiness into the life of everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
