Hudson – Jane Stalker Lamore, 58, of Hudson, passed away peacefully at home, Tuesday, April 8, 2014, with her husband and son by her side. Jane leaves her beloved, devoted husband, John Lamore, and her dear son, Jacob Stalker, both of Hudson.
Born in Jersey City, N.J., she was raised in the Newton and Framingham area by her loving father, the late David Eysmann, and her loving and devoted step-mother, Celia Eysmann of Brookline, with whom Jane truly admired. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Northeastern University.
She was most recently the Vice President of Human Resources at Morton Hospital in Taunton for 11 years until retiring in 2001, and prior to that was the Vice President of Human Resources at Marlborough Hospital.
Jane is also survived by her mother, Doris McCann and step-father Frank McCann of Colorado; her brother, Charles Eysmann and his wife Gul Eysmann of Florida; her sister, Susan Eysmann and her husband Rob Fishman of Connecticut; a step-sister, Donna Jones and her husband Tom Jones of Maine; a step-brother, James Levine of California; a step-brother, George McCann and his wife Kim McCann of Ashland; her wonderful in-law family, Lena and Al Lamore and Joe and Karen Lamore, all of Hudson; and her many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family. She will be greatly missed by them all.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
Family and friends may attend calling hours Friday, April 11, from 5 – 8 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson. A funeral service and celebration of Jane's life will be held Saturday, April 12, at 11 a.m., in the funeral home. Burial services will follow in Forestvale Cemetery of Hudson.
