Westborough – Dr. Nancy Goldner, author of “Living Solo: A Practical Guide to Life On Your Own,” will be at Tatnuck Bookseller Saturday, June 21, from 1 – 3 p.m. Dr. Goldner is a Boston-based psychotherapist and sociologist.
These days, there are as many adults “living solo” as there are married people and, in her book, Dr. Goldner responds to this emerging trend. She offers useful advice and specific tools for enhancing single life. She writes about her own personal and clinical experiences and incorporates the voices of many other single people. She was inspired to write a self-help book about living the solo life by working with many single adults in her psychotherapy practice, being on her own for most of her own adult life, and finding very few self-help books that address this life situation in a practical way.
All are welcome to attend. Tatnuck Bookseller is located at 18 Lyman St., the Westborough Shopping Center.
