Worcester man arrested after turning self in to Northborough police

Police 2Northborough – The Northborough Police Department has issued a press release after a Worcester man turned himself into custody yesterday:

July 3, 2014

At approximately 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2014, the following person turned himself in to this agency and was arrested by the Northborough Police Department Detective Bureau:

William M. Stout, Age 44

33 Brookhaven Road

Worcester, MA

Stout was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued by the Clerk Magistrate of the Westborough District Court for the following offenses:

1. Home Invasion

2. Breaking and Entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, to wit:

3. Trespass

4. Threat to commit a crime

5. Assault and battery

These charges stem from the defendant’s alleged actions in an incident at the Shady Lane, Northborough home of his ex-wife on June 17, 2014.

Bail was set by the Bail Clerk at $540.00 and Stout was released pending his arraignment in Westborough District Court this morning.
