Hudson: Hudson Library presents seminar on gluten

Hudson – The Hudson Library, 3 Washington St., will host a seminar on gluten Wednesday, Aug. 20, at 6:30 p.m. Learn why gluten sensitivity is on the rise, what the symptoms are, and how to avoid an overabundance of it. The seminar will cover the top ten signs of gluten intolerance, differences between gluten intolerance and Celiac disease, foods to avoid, gluten-free alternatives, and illnesses caused by gluten allergy/sensitivity.
