Meredith, N.H. – Richard C. Rollins, 65, of Meredith, N.H., formerly of Hudson, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2014 at Franklin Regional Hospital in Franklin, N.H.
Richard was born in Marlborough, son of the late William B. and Florence M. (Cummings) Rollins. He was predeceased by his two brothers, Edgar and Melvin Rollins, and leaves his son, Kevin Christopher Rollins of South Grafton.
Richard was a veteran of the Vietnam War, serving in the U.S. Navy until being honorably discharged in 1965. He spent many years in Hudson until settling in New Hampshire over the past 20-plus years.
A calling hour will be held Monday, Aug. 11, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson, followed by a funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forestvale Cemetery of Hudson.
