Hudson: Registration for free ASE classes in Hudson

Hudson – In Massachusetts, you must now take the HiSet Test to earn your High School Equivalency Certificate. The Hudson Maynard Adult Learning Center offers a free ASE (formerly GED) preparation program in Hudson, including 2 levels of ASE classes leading to a high school equivalency certificate: Basic ASE and a pre-HiSet class (formerly pre-GED). Students are placed in an individualized program of instruction and work at their own pace. Instruction is provided by qualified teachers. These classes will prepare students to take the third level, a HiSet prep class.

Classes start in September and are held at the Hudson High School on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6-9 p.m. Registration for the classes will be held Thursday, Sept. 27, from 6-8:30 p.m., in the Hudson High School cafeteria, 69 Brigham St. For more information, visit www.HMALC-learn.org or call 978-567-6250 ext. 0137.
