Southborough – The Southborough Recreation Department's youth summer camp recently held its “Heroes Week” at the Finn School.

The camp featured a visit from members of the Southborough Police and Fire departments and emergency vehicles. Campers were able to learn about the vehicles while talking with both firefighters and police officers about their jobs. The kids were able to sit in the fire tucks and police cars and were even able to experiment with some of the gadgets.

Campers were also invited to dress up as their favorite superheroes for the day. Dressed as Batman, Robin and Spiderman, the campers certainly had no trouble embracing the week's ?theme.
