Shrewsbury: Library hosts WIN workshop on decreasing stress during job seach

Shrewsbury – How to Decrease Stress During the Job Search will be presented by Sarah Dubois Wednesday, Sept. 10, from 6:30-8 p.m., at Shrewsbury Public Library, 609 Main St.

 

Join Dubois, a Certified Health Coach, to discover easy strategies to decrease stress and increase your energy and vitality while in career transition. She has studied over 100 dietary theories, and practical lifestyle management techniques with some of the world's top health and wellness experts. With this knowledge, she supports her clients in reaching their goals, including reducing stress, improving their confidence, increasing energy, and living healthy lifestyles.
