Shrewsbury: Social Security benefits program hosted by Shrewsbury Library

Shrewsbury – Learn How to Maximize Your Social Security Income will be presented by David Aditays Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 7:30-8:30 p.m., at the Shrewsbury Public Library, 609 Main St. Participants will learn when may be the best time to start taking Social Security benefits, how taking payments now or later can impact the amount of your Social Security income, what married couples can do to increase their overall benefits, how you can build an effective bridge to help increase Social Security benefits, and what the best long-term strategy for your situation is.

 

Registration is required. Call 508-842-0081 to register or go to the Calendar and Passes link on the Shrewsbury Public Library web site at www.shrewsbury-ma.gov/department/division.php?fDD=17-47.
