Obit Carol ParkerWestborough – Carol I. (McGee) Parker, 95, of Westborough, passed away Thursday, Aug. 28, 2014 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Frank W. Parker.

Born in Westborough, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Carrie (Frelick) McGee and was educated in Westborough schools.

Carol was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and a former member of the Westborough Senior Center. She also was a homemaker dedicated to her home and family.

She is survived by four daughters, Doris Parker Blais Bonnell and her husband Bradley of Hudson, Frances LaPointe and her husband Gilbert of Lakeland, Fla., Eleanor Camacho and her husband Michael of Winter Haven, Fla., and Carolyn Wood of Cherry Valley; her former son-in-law, James Wood; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was the grandmother of the late Roy John Norman and sister of the late Charles McGee, Gladys Robinson, Kathlyn McCartney, Lucille Stanford, and Eleanor Mawhinney.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 10:30 a.m., in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday, Sept. 2, from 4-7 p.m., at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough.
