Northborough: Water ceremony at First Parish Unitarian Universalist of Northborough

Northborough – All are welcome for worship and fellowship at the First Parish Unitarian Universalist of Northborough's Ingathering Water Ceremony Sunday, Sept. 7, at 10:30 a.m.

This year, the ceremony will be divided into three parts, Discovery, Reverence and Grace. Participants should think about the water they will bring, what it meant to them, which theme has more resonance, and choose during which part of the ceremony they will bring their water forth to add to the watering cans at the front. At the end of the service, the children, Margaret Tabor, director of Religious Education, and The Rev. Dr. Anita Farber-Robertson will use these waters to water plants on the parish grounds as part of the renewal of the life cycle.

The parish is located at 40 Church St., Northborough.
