Northborough – Mary (Minnucci) Moore, 92, of Northborough and formerly a longtime resident of Marlborough, died Monday, Sept. 15, 2014, at UMass Medical Center, University Campus, in Worcester after a short illness. ?She was the wife of the late Carl Moore, who died in 1998.

Born at home in Fayville, she was the daughter of Ignazio and Antonietta (Giove) Minnucci. She attended the former Peter's High School in Southborough and worked for many years at Fenwal, Inc. in Ashland as an inspector for quality control.

She was a wonderful cook and took pride in making her special Italian sauce and meatballs. As a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

She is survived by her son, Kenny Moore and his wife Mary Ellen of Baldwinville; a sister, Esther Putnam and her husband John of Grafton; four brothers, C. John Minnucci? and his wife Nancy of Upton, Raymond Minnucci and his wife Betty of Southborough, Rudy Minnucci and his wife Moira of Shrewsbury, and Olivio Minnucci and his wife Gigi of Framingham; two sister-in-laws, Barbara Minnucci of Northborough and Ruth Minnucci of Marlborough; three grandchildren, Matthew Moore and his wife Jayme, and Jarrod and Kelley Moore; one great-granddaughter, Liliana Moore; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four brothers, Thomas, William, Celio, and Ernest Minnucci and Ernie's wife, Dolores.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, Sept. 19, from 4-7 p.m., at the Morris Funeral Home, 40 Main St., Southborough. A Mass of resurrection will be held Saturday, Sept. 20, at 10:30 a.m., at St. Anne Church, 20 Boston Rd., Southborough. Burial will follow in the Southborough Rural Cemetery.
