Shrewsbury – Most area communities are experiencing growth but Shrewsbury seems to be heading the pack. Between the 1990 and 2010 census, Shrewsbury’s population grew by a whopping 46 percent.
That type of growth wreaks havoc with budgets and the capacity of infrastructure. Officials in Shrewsbury have done a solid job keeping up with this growth and have many plans in place that will keep the town prepared for future growth.
