Southborough: Meditation sessions at Southborough Library

Southborough – Saturdays, April 4 & 18, a morning program to help reduce stress, improve self-esteem and benefit your health will be held 10:30-11:30 a.m. on the Southborough Library’s main floor. The Art of Living will introduce you to powerful techniques that will increase your well-being by learning breathing techniques, low-impact yoga, and meditation. All are welcome.
