Worcester: Annual butterfly festival at Broad Meadow Brook

Worcester – The 8th Annual Barbara J. Walker Butterfly Festival will be held Saturday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary. Festival activities include naturalist-led walks and workshops, nature-themed art and art exhibits, face painting, children’s crafts, butterfly gardening information, hummingbird station, butterfly plant sales, food, butterfly photo booth (bring your camera), and much more.


Admission is $5 per person (ages 3 and above), $4 per person for Mass Audubon members, or $20 maximum per family. The Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary is located at 414 Massasoit Dr., Worcester. For more information, call 508-753-6087.
