Northborough: Vendors wanted for Applefest Farmer’s Market.

Northborough – A Farmer’s Market will take place Saturday, Sept. 19, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., during the town of Northborough’s Applefest celebration, and vendors are being sought. The Applefest weekend draws over 6,000 attendees, and hosts a variety of events that include the Junior Women’s Club Apple Pie Café, Corridor Nine 5K Road Race, Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast, Friends of the Library Book Sale, Applefest Classic Car Show, Rotary Club Street Fair, Northborough Garden Club Art in Bloom, Historical Society Ice Cream Social, Senior Center Apple Dessert Bake-Off, Applefest Saturday Night Barbeque and Fireworks, Taste of Northborough, American Legion Chicken Barbeque, Applefest Farmer Market and Applefest Friday Night Gala Event.

 

Cost for participation in the Farmer’s Market is $30 and the Applefest Committee will be providing musical entertainment throughout the event. Those who submit their application by Aug. 15 will also be included in the official Applefest Guide of which 9,000 copies are locally distributed, as well as placement on the Applefest website.
