Southborough – Love to sing? Join Heritage Chorale for the open rehearsals of its new season. The fall concert, to be held at St. Mark’s School in Southborough, will be a 70th birthday tribute to British composer and arranger John Rutter. The concert will also feature the “Mass of the Children,” collaborating with “VOICES Boston,” the children’s chorus that often sings with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, as well as professional soloists, and an ensemble of brass, woodwinds, string bass, multiple percussionists and harp.

Heritage Chorale is an adult community chorus with 95 members from over 20 area towns. The rest of the chorale’s season will consist of a Pops concert in February and a spring concert in May, also at St. Mark’s. Open rehearsals will be held Tuesdays, Sept. 8 and 15, at 7:30 p.m., at First Parish UU Church Framingham, 24 Vernon St., Framingham Center.
