Westborough – Jean M. Jaskulka Carlson, 82, of Westborough, passed away Sunday, Oct. 25, 2015 at the Marlborough Hills Healthcare. She was the wife of Rudolph F. Carlson.

Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Madeline (Hackett) Carlucci. She was educated in Westborough schools and was a 1950 graduate of Westborough High School.

Jean was employed as a medical secretary for Westborough State Hospital for 25 years prior to her retirement. She also worked part time for Dr. C.W. Aussenheimer as a secretary and receptionist.

Jean was a member of the Westborough Senior Center and the Swedish Athletic Club in Shrewsbury, loved to cook, and enjoyed gardening and flowers.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Lisa Maldonado and her husband Herman of Worcester; one son, Brian Jaskulka of Worcester; four grandchildren, Andrew, Kyle, Matthew Maldonado, and Donald Jaskulka; two step-children, Joann Carlson of Lynn and Brian Carlson of N. Reading; and two step-grandchildren, Rudy Carlson and Owen Carlson. She was predeceased by her first husband, Alfred Jaskulka, and two sons, Paul and Mark Jaskulka.

Her funeral service will be held Friday, Oct. 30, at 2 p.m., in the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. Calling hours at the funeral home are Thursday, Oct. 29, from 4-6 p.m.
