Westborough – New Hope Chapel was filled with tiny princesses and knights as the chapel hosted a fun, family-oriented celebration, “Kingdom’s Fest,” Oct. 30 at its 30 Milk St. location.
The event was slated to be, the chapels’ volunteers said, a way to celebrate the season in a “kind and non-scary way.”
Kids and their families enjoyed a royalty-themed slate of party games and challenges that were based on Christian principles. A full buffet of snacks, a “royal” tea and “grog” (a traditional medieval drink which in this case was cider) was served to all.
