Obit Navinchandra AminShrewsbury – Navinchandra Amin, of Shrewsbury, son of the late Jivantika and Chunibhai Amin, passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 2, 2015 at home in his sleep at the age of 78.

Prior to coming to the United States in early ‘90s for the first time and then again in 2005 before retiring, he ran a business in Jamshedpur, India. For last few years, he has been diligently helping with the care of our mother. He was a simple, kind hearted, hardworking man, devoted to his family and received pleasure from helping others.

He is survived by his wife, Urmila; son Rajul, daughter-in-law Jyoti; daughter Sangita, son-in-law Umesh Patel; son Pratik, daughter-in-law Vaishali; and grandkids Parth, Pooja, Jigesh, Kinjal, Krishnaa and Anjali.

Family and friends will honor and remember Navinchandra’s life by gathering for a visitation and Hindu Rites at Heald & Chiampa Funeral Directors ~ The Sumner House, 5 Church Road, On the Common, Shrewsbury Center, on Saturday, Nov. 7, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Cremation ceremony and Hindu final rites at Rural Cemetery & Crematory in Worcester will follow for family only.
