Hudson – Jason L. Viegas, 37, of Hudson, died unexpectedly Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015. He leaves his loving parents, Robert D. and Sheila M. (Casavecchia) Viegas of Hudson.

Jason was born in Worcester and raised in Hudson, where he attended local schools and was a graduate of Hudson High School. He worked in the concrete business for many years for several local companies, including S&F Concrete. He was member of St. Michael’s Parish and the former Christ the King Parish, both of Hudson.

Jason’s hobbies included fishing and hiking. He truly enjoyed spending time with his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his two children, Gavin C. Condon and Brody DeMichael. He also leaves behind his sister, Brittany Viegas of Hudson; his paternal grandfather, Angelo Viegas of Hudson; his maternal grandparents, Charles and Agnes Casavecchia of Clinton; and his niece, Michaela L. Orrico of Hudson, along with his many aunts and uncles.

Family and friends may attend a calling hour Saturday, Nov. 21, from 2-3 p.m., at the Tighe-Hamilton Funeral Home, 50 Central St., Hudson, followed by a memorial service and celebration of Jason’s life at 3 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial services will be held privately in Saint Michael’s Cemetery of Hudson at the convenience of the family.
